Each individual deal can be treated for a selection of posting dates.
For each each sample deal/account the following information is documented:
- Descriptive deal characteristics
For each individual deal descriptive characteristics and results are provided.
To access descriptive deal data, the deal overview can be used. After entering the deal_id into the key search in the UI, the deal overview opens.
- Debit/Credit-entries
There are several options to view debit credit entries.
The accounting explorer shows debit/credit-entries in a kind of t-account style. To access the accounting explorer, enter deal_id/account_id into key search and choose "Accounting" in the menu of deal overview.
In addition custom views can be defined based on Data Marts, listing debit/credit entries in table format. To access the data marts, enter swimlane "Accounting", choose tile "Data Mart" and use the customer data mart "Accounting Journal".
- Valuation Results
Generated valuation results are stored in Data Marts. They can be accessed via Data Mart Viewer and specific custom views can be defined. For example based on the "IFRS Data Mart" a cGross Book Value Reporting. For this purpose in Swimlane "IFRS9" the tile "Data Mart" and the "IFRS Data Mart: Notes" should be selected. Available column should be then limited to those which are in focus for the gross book value reporting.
